Expert Reviews

An expert review is an initial analysis of the customer experience. The project draws on some data analysis and Creative Good team's experience of over a decade of customer experience work. Expert reviews do NOT include listening labs, strategy, or wireframes.
Phases:
• Analysis
Creative Good conducts an expert review of the customer experience, usually one of the following: website, call center, retail store, product. We also ask for some supporting data to inform the analysis.
• Output
We will create a PowerPoint file showing screenshots, photos, or descriptions of the current customer experience experience, followed by annotated recommendations for improving various elements.
