Duration: 4 or more weeks. Brief business assessment (in the form of a client questionnaire), listening labs, and analysis and recommendations on the current customer experience. No strategy or wireframes.
• Expert Review
Duration: 2 or more weeks. Initial analysis of the current customer experience based on some client data and the experience of the Creative Good team. No research, strategy, or wireframes.
